Salmon steak with black sesame crust, chili-mint pea puree and pea pieces / Chicken breast with celery puree, bread dumplings with spinach and pickled red onions / Duck leg confit with gravy, cabbage noodles, chimney cake garnish / Bacon-wrapped pork fillet with grilled potatoes and chutney with red onions / Beef ragout with dark beer, mushrooms and dark chocolate, bread dumplings / Hungarian vegan ratatouille;
