Ballet: The Sun, the Moon and the Wind - Premiere
Once upon a time, there were three princesses who didn't want to play second fiddle in a first-class fairy tale. And so, after their royal parents went on holiday and an evil wizard kidnapped their brother, Prince Jan, they immediately set out into the world to search for him. During their adventurous journey, they win the love of the masters of the sun, moon and wind, who decide to help them. But will the princesses manage to thwart the plans of the sorcerer Triglav, free the enchanted morning star and restore order to the universe?
Inspired by Slavic mythology and Božena Němcová's fairy tale, the story is about heroines who can take care of themselves.
The brand new full-length ballet, which focuses on traditional themes, is the work of young Czech artists Viktor Konvalinka and Štěpán Benyovszký. The production is suitable for children and adults alike and uses numerous state-of-the-art media. It is full of humor and magic and brightens up many an adult's dream.
